They are now looking for a go-getting corporate and financial partner to help them grow this exciting practice and work with colleagues on integrated campaigns.

The Company

This international agency is thriving despite the global pandemic and have been one of the first to come back with exciting growth plans at a time when many competitors are being conservative. They have a strong client portfolio with FTSE 250 companies and undertake a breadth of communications work for their clients from corporate campaigns, financial comms, public affairs to marketing and branding. There is one P&L and a smart, progressive management team with a clear vision. They are now looking to build up the talent with financial comms practitioner, initially at partner level. As this is an investment hire, to get their attention, you will need to have a flair for new business and a hunger to be a managing partner in the next couple of years.

The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this Capital Markets Partner role:

• They are looking for a partner to hustle, use your network and generate new business
• Lead on high profile campaigns for FTSE 250 listed business and enjoy working with your colleagues across disciplines in a collegiate manner
• Offer exemplary advice and counsel to board-level execs within the consultancy’s expanding, exciting client base
• Your capital markets and strategic communications expertise across restructuring, administrations and listings, de-listings will be put to full use
• Inspire and mentor team members to ensure that everyone is reaching their full potential

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this Capital Markets Partner role:

• You are currently a corporate and financial comms Director or Partner in a financial comms consultancy looking for some rooms to spread your wings
• You will have capital markets experience over two or more sectors and be open to advising across a few sectors
• You have established contacts within the sector already and can hit the ground running
• Being able to demonstrate winning business is important
• Instil confidence and hold a room with C-suite and have the intellectual rigour to solve problems
• It’s imperative that you are ambitious and go getting
• It is key that you are happy to work well with colleagues across disciplines
