The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this special situations and crisis Director role:

  • Lead and develop all crisis and issues work -handling existing business and developing best practice for clients
  • Grow existing clients and develop new business - from identifying new opportunities to taking a leading role in pitches
  • Expand existing accounts and maintain a network of board-level relationships
  • Play a key role in managing client profitability
  • Cross sell company-wide expertise to existing and new clients
  • Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring a balanced skill set for all team members

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this special situations and crisis Director role:

  • Excellent advisory and litigation advisory skills are essential
  • It is likely that you are a PR Agency Director specialising in litigation and crisis management, or you could have a background in law and have made the transition into communications
  • You should have a demonstrable track record of delivering leads and winning business
  • You should have strong contacts in the marketplace, ideally both at investment banks and advisory firms
  • Proven track record in developing communications strategies to support and enhance the client’s litigation strategy in high profile litigation cases
  • You must have a strong, proven legal network
