They advise an exciting portfolio of companies across a variety of industry sectors, many of them are consumer facing. They are looking for a smart, brand building corporate comms professional who is naturally creative and experienced in rebranding large consumer facing companies.

The Company

This corporate communications consultancy has grown very quickly in the last few years and is thriving despite the global pandemic. They continue to win FTSE consumer facing brands with complex challenges and need a Director to reposition or rebrand them. Their integrated approach means you will be working alongside your financial communications, digital and public affairs fellows every day. Perhaps you are not feeling like you can progress or feeling that stretch – here you will play in situations you have not played in before, work with C-suite and quickly broaden out your knowledge of other comms disciplines.

The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this corporate Director role:

  • You will with be able to use your creative abilities to the full as they have some exciting brands to play with
  • You will create and deliver impactful, carefully crafted campaigns, rebranding or reposition consumer facing brands
  • You will be a curious thinker who can problem solve and adapt with ease to fast-moving situations, with the agility run multiple teams and campaigns
  • When it comes to new business, you will be a proven convertor
  • You will work with a range of companies from different sectors including financial services, consumer goods and services, real estate, technology, FMCG

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this corporate Director role:

  • It is likely that you are working as a corporate comms Director at a PR agency with a flair for creativity and perhaps from digital marketing skills
  • You will have extensive experience in running campaigns and teams, inspiring others to greatness
  • Advising and rebranding consumer facing brands will be highly favourable alongside a hunger to be a partner in the business one day
  • Great communicators who make an impact and earn the respect of their colleagues and clients, not just with what they say but how they listen and get things done
