The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this Senior Account Director role:

  • Advise and lead on some exciting, major accounts across asset management, wealth management, private equity and real estate investments
  • Support new business and lead on pitch development within an energetic work environment
  • Oversee account deadlines
  • Relish the challenge of managing a talented team
  • Lead on thought-leadership initiatives based around research and industry data
  • Use your media contacts to gain great media coverage. Broaden your comms knowledge as you work closely with branding and digital colleagues, as well as the financial comms team

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this Senior Account Director role:

  • A solid background of working on UK and international financial services campaigns – a good knowledge of asset management is ideal
  • You must have asset management experience in order to gain the credibility from investment management clients from the get go
  • Big personalities, who can come up with creative solutions for clients and self-starters; who suggest work rather than wait for it to be given
  • Ability to hit the ground running in terms of understanding the issues in this regulated environment
  • Excellent media contacts. A good sense of what makes news and how to extract it from clients
  • A strong verbal communicator who prides themselves on doing a great job to inspire their team
