This is a career defining role where you will be working on the most high-profile litigation cases around and representing blue chip clients.

The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this special situations and crisis Associate Director role:

  • Lead and develop crisis and issues work, handling existing accounts and clients with minimal input from the Director
  • Grow existing clients and develop new business from identifying new opportunities to taking a leading role in pitches
  • Generate ideas and driving media campaigns and present to C-Suite level executives with confidence
  • Expand existing accounts and maintain a network of board level relationships
  • Cross sell company-wide expertise to existing and new clients
  • Work with Directors/ Partners to mentor and train junior team members, ensuring a balanced skill set for all team members

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this special situations and crisis Director role:

  • Reputational risk issues management and crisis communications advisory skills is essential
  • Experience in litigation PR, professional services communications and HNW private client sectors highly advantageous
  • It is likely that you are a PR agency Associate Director with specialising in litigation support or crisis management
  • Ability and confidence to liaise with and advise clients and senior professionals, often single-handedly
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key corporate stakeholder issues and reputational risk trends affecting domestic and international businesses
  • You must have a strong, proven network amongst the UK advisory community
