Join this large digital team to lead and help grow on an active portfolio of multi-sector brands and bring your presentation, SEO and paid social media skills to the table.

The Company

Due to their size and reputation you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest names across all industries – be that of large corporates, FTSE 100 companies, professional services firms or innovative start-ups. The team are looking at how they can get better at integrated communications encompassing creativity and strategic planning. They partner with teams and their clients across the business globally as well as having their own portfolio of multi-sector brands. Their London headquarters are brand new, super smart with an entrepreneurial feel and they are looking for a self-starter to match this.

The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this Associate Director/Director role:

  • This digital team is being invested in and they are looking to you to help them forge forward with integrated on-line corporate reputation strategies
  • You will be accomplished at client, programme and team management and have a part to play in new business
  • You will have SEO and paid social media experience with corporate PR and have clear digital communications expertise
  • Manage a super smart team - this role needs a pragmatic leader with excellent communication skills and momentum to drive forward the agencies huge growth trajectory by taking part in new business strategy and pitches.
  • Take ownership of some really exciting and major league FTSE accounts and deliver sound advice to senior stakeholders
  • Take advantage of the solid training structure provided and expand your skills in modern integrated communications

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this Associate Director/Director role:

  • Ideally you will be available immediately or fairly quickly as they would like this person in place early next year
  • It’s a ‘corporate’ environment and you must have the polish and flair to fit with this culture
  • You will be a natural leader and establish strong relationships quickly
  • A confident presenter capable to hit the ground running
  • You will be working in an agency right now, have a track record of new business delivery and hungry to take ownership and learn from the best
  • You will be a driven and ambitious generalist with a background in agency or in house communications although you must have previously worked in an agency
  • A self-starter with digital technical abilities (social media rather than building websites)
