Our annual Salary Survey never fails to generate plenty of interesting findings – and this year was no different. While many of the results weren’t altogether unsurprising, there were a few that caught us off our guard. One in particular was the notable upward trend in salaries and bonuses for junior roles across sectors. We thought it was worth digging a little deeper to see what might have triggered this upturn in rewards for the PR professionals in the early stages of their career.
